TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings 

​

Upon booking, a  deposit per session will be taken in order to secure the time slot selected. 

​

Bridal

​

Bridal parties must be a minimum of 4 people in order to qualify for travel at $140 per person. A travel fee of $2 per kilometre travelled, to and from the establishment (Contour & Co.), will be added to the total booking price. There is a minimum travel cost of $200. 

 

Bridal bookings will be sent an invoice for the deposit ($200) which can be paid anytime over the course of 10 days. An accurate quote will be given to the client once all information is given.

Gift Vouchers

​

Gift Vouchers purchased are not redeemable for online bookings. Deposits must be paid by bank card or Paypal on the booking site, while the balance can be paid using the gift voucher at the time of the appointment. From the date of purchase, there is a 12-month expiration.

Cancellations

​

All cancellations will lose the deposit. This is a contract agreed upon by the client when they make a booking. 

In the event that Madi needs to cancel the appointment, the deposit will be immediately refunded.

​

Photography

​

The makeup artist may decide to take pictures for social media/advertising purposes unless specified by the client.

​

Liability

​

Upon arrival, the client will disclose any skin allergies or conditions. All makeup brushes and products are cleaned and sanitised to a high and professional standard between clients. Upon booking, the client agrees to wave liability on the makeup artist (Madison Rosa) for any skin complications that result from an allergic reaction.

​

All equipment used for cosmetic tattooing is 100% sterile and disposable equipment is used. Upon arrival, the client will disclose all required personal information and sign a waiver before the treatment is performed. 

​

Upon payment of the deposit, the client(s) agree to comply with these terms and conditions stated
